Each run has been measured to find the shortest route and designed to follow the line as closely as possible. Prospective cabbies on the Knowledge need to regularly repeat the Blue Book runs to retain the names of frequently used roads in their memory. This app is designed to assist in that process by revealing each manoeuvre along the route at the touch of a button. The 16 runs from each of the 20 lists can be selected via drop down lists. It is recommended the new student only attempt to commit to memory just a few runs at a time, to gradually build up their knowledge.In due course further runs will be added to the app comprising of the most frequently called runs.
